I did not receive my package and Hanna immediately began the process of readying a replacement order. The following day the USPS finally delivered the package. I notified Great Lakes Proud and they were able to cancel the replacement order. The communication and readiness of a company to make things right is really something that seems to have fallen to the wayside these days. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
