EXCHANGES & RETURNS


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, unused items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. We do not cover the return shipping cost, but exchanges will be shipped out at no additional cost. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

STEP ONE

Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost, or a refund will be issued. 


HOW DO I APPLY MY DECAL?

1. Prepare the Surface:
Clean the area where the decal will be applied with soap and water, or rubbing alcohol, ensuring it's free of dust, dirt, grease, or any residue
2. Position the Decal:
Carefully remove the backing paper from the decal, avoiding touching the adhesive side. Align the decal on the desired location

3. Apply the Decal:
Starting from one edge or corner, gently press the decal onto the surface, working your way outwards. 

4. Remove Air Bubbles:
Use a squeegee or credit card to firmly press the decal onto the surface, working from the center outwards to remove any air bubbles. 

5. Finalize:
Once the decal is applied and all bubbles are removed, carefully peel away the plastic overlay at an angle.
