I followed instructions on how to put the decal on the outside of my back window. I peel i rub then i tried peeling again but the state outline does not stick on the window(only the whole frosted plastic) I've spent an hour fussing and rubbing and peeling with this. I give up. Money wasted.

Price in the "shop" area of website is $3.99. Upon placing the order, it became $6.99. A 75% "error". Sad, because the items offered are popular.
