Horrible Fit/Seams

This is the worst fitting shirt I've tried on. I first ordered a large along with another large in a different design. This shirt when laid under the other large was about 3" wider, so 6" total of more width. It fit more like an Xl-XXL. They were kind enough to provide free shipping for a Medium. I got the Medium and it's a lot smaller, approaching close to a Small size. It is also very long, almost halfway to my knees and the hole for the arm is stitched weird. The bottom of the stitching is very low so if I raise my arms at all, the whole shirt moves. The other shirt I got is the Black "Natural Resources Shirt" and it's fine. There has to be an issue with this specific shirt for it to be this oddly sized and fitted.
