After visiting the Great Lakes on a Viking Great Lakes vacation, my wife broke her Great :Lakes coffee mug. And I was wishing I had bought one. So I ordered 2 new mugs from here. But when they arrived, one was broken. So I emailed Great Lakes Proud about this with photos. No questions asked, they shipped me a new mug. Wonderful!!!
